Return or exchange requests must be submitted within 24 hours of receiving the order. Claims will only be accepted for incorrect, damaged, or expired products.

The product must be unused, sealed, and in its original condition. Items with opened seals, reduced quantity, or signs of misuse are not eligible for return, exchange, or refund.
